- All journals are made to order. Once your order is placed, production begins and cannot be canceled.
- Payment must be made in full before your order is processed and shipped.
- Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our products without written permission.

Refund & Return Policy
All journals are created on demand, which means they are printed specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@penandpurposejournalco.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Each journal is made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.
- Shipping Time: Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. International delivery times vary and may be subject to customs delays.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
